Zhejiang Dongdu Architectural Design Institute, the former Hangzhou Architectural Design and Research Institute of the Coal Industry Ministry (Architectural Design Institute of Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group), founded in 1958, was the only Architectural Design and Research Institute of the Coal Industry Ministry possessing national architectural engineering class A design certificate, mainly engaged in industrial and civil building design, is now affiliated to Zhejiang Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd.. Passing the ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certification in June 2009, the Design Institute holds class A design qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural development of the P. R. China. With legal representative named He Chongwen, registration location of No.27, Shengfu Road, West Lake District, Hangzhou, and Web site: http://www.zjddd.com/, main business scope of the Design Institute’s consists of architectural engineering design, building technical consultation, general contracting. The design institute has a complete set of registered designers and capable technical personnel, and has accumulated a great many experience and achievements in various fields of construction industry. In recent years, a large number of residential communities, schools, hospitals, integrated office buildings and other civil buildings and various standard plants, steel structure plants and other industrial buildings have been completed. Under the management of Zhejiang Dongdu Architectural Design Institute, Zhejiang Ruifeng Construction Engineering Drawing Censoring Center, formerly known as Hangzhou Ruifeng Architectural Construction Drawing Design Consulting Department, is the first batch of the drawing censoring organization approved by the Construction Ministry in 2001, possesses class A house building drawing censoring certification issued by the Provincial Construction Bureau, and is a professional drawing censoring agency. The design institute has 18 professional drawing reviewers, all of whom are senior engineers holding the national registered engineer qualification.
